For anyone who knew Gage, knows how many lives he touched. He was outgoing, intelligent, funny, compassionate, athletic, handsome...he had all of the attributes most people long to have. He loved football (rugby) more than anything and had just started receiving letters from universities such as Stanford and Princeton. He was amazing from the moment he was born and struggled through hard times to make something of himself. He could do anything he set his mind to if he had and interest in it and if not, he would have nothing to do with it. He had the best sense of humor, always making jokes. He enjoyed much of what this world had to offer, but struggled with the bad parts. He lost the battle raging within himself, but do not fault him for that. Sometimes we can't see the forest through the trees. Gage was my only child, my soul mate, my other half. I know I will find him again, but the remainder of this lifetime seems so bleak without him and I will always wonder what would have been had he chosen the other path. He is missed by so many others besides myself and I know in my heart if he could do it again, he would still be with us.
